David Kooy
David Kooy is the fourth generation of his family to be actively involved in the construction, design and ownership of buildings.
He brings to Garr & Co. great expertise in the construction and marketing of condominiums, having been hired to complete six high-end projects in Brooklyn and Washington, D.C.
David truly has the ability to work with persons at every level of the development process from Ivy League creative team to demolition crew. He is a man of integrity and generosity. His work and reputation show that one can succeed in business without compromising one's values.
President of the Donna Uchizono Dance Company Board of Directors, David is also a member of the Historic House Trust of NYC, REBNY, Human Rights Campaign (President's Circle), Atlantic Avenue Betterment Assoc., Pensacola Museum of Art and the Fast and Fabulous Bicycle Club.
