Michael Garr is also a Resident Broker at The Chelsea Mercantile, 252 Seventh Avenue, and has sold and rented over 50 apartments in building. He was chosen by Rockrose Development Corporation and Cantor-Pecorella as a Senior Sales agent for The Chelsea Mercantile, one of the most successful condominium developments in the history of Manhattan.
